Mini Hooper’s Program
Ages 4 - 6

For our youngest players (ages 4-6), Mini Hooper’s start with the basics, focusing on foundational skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting through playful, engaging activities. This early exposure not only builds coordination but also fosters a love for the game.

Junior Hooper’s Program
Ages 7-9

As Hoopers move into the 7-9 age group, we delve deeper into key skills such as defensive techniques, offensive strategies, and teamwork. Our drills are tailored to help them master these fundamentals while keeping the experience enjoyable and dynamic.

Future Hooper’s Program
Ages 10+

For older Hoopers (ages 10+), we provide practical training that enhances their shooting accuracy, ball-handling skills, and game strategies. Our approach is designed to simplify complex concepts and ensure that each player can apply what they learn in real-game scenarios.

Hoop Dreams U14 Summer House League + Future Hoopers Skills Program Bundle

Take your game to the next level this summer by joining both the Hoop Dreams U14 Summer House League and the Future Hoopers Skills Program—a perfect mix of game action and focused training. Sign up for both and receive a special discount, giving you more court time, more development, and more value!

We’re offering a one-time drop-in session for our Hoop Dreams Mini Hoopers, Junior Hoopers, and Future Hoopers skills program! This is a great opportunity for your child to try out a class before committing to the full program. Once you register for the drop-in, we’ll be notified, and you’ll receive an email with all the details. It’s a simple way to see if our program is the right fit for your child—no long-term commitment required!

Program Schedule

All programs are offered in an indoor gym setting at Northwood Community Centre. Starting at 9:00am each Sunday. Sign up and join us for basketball fun, beginning on July 6th, 2025.
