We’re back again for another season of skills development! This fall, you have the option to join us 3 days a week or sign up at your nearest location — St. Simon, St. Norbert, or St. Conrad. Our program focuses on building strong fundamentals, boosting confidence, and helping each player improve through high-energy, hands-on training. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to level up, our sessions are designed to develop real game skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Mini Hooper’s Program
Ages 4 - 6
For our youngest players (ages 4-6), Mini Hooper’s start with the basics, focusing on foundational skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting through playful, engaging activities. This early exposure not only builds coordination but also fosters a love for the game.

Junior Hooper’s Program
Ages 7-9
As Hoopers move into the 7-9 age group, we delve deeper into key skills such as defensive techniques, offensive strategies, and teamwork. Our drills are tailored to help them master these fundamentals while keeping the experience enjoyable and dynamic.

Future Hooper’s Program
Ages 10+
For older Hoopers (ages 10+), we provide practical training that enhances their shooting accuracy, ball-handling skills, and game strategies. Our approach is designed to simplify complex concepts and ensure that each player can apply what they learn in real-game scenarios.

Hoop Dreams U13 House League + Future Hoopers Skills Program Bundle
Sign up for the bundle package, which includes Future Skills and the U13 house league. This is a great option for players looking to build skills and gain more court experience through both training and gameplay.
We’re offering a one-time drop-in session for our Hoop Dreams Mini Hoopers, Junior Hoopers, and Future Hoopers skills program! This is a great opportunity for your child to try out a class before committing to the full program. Once you register for the drop-in, we’ll be notified, and you’ll receive an email with all the details. It’s a simple way to see if our program is the right fit for your child—no long-term commitment required!
Program Schedule
All programs take place in indoor school gymnasiums at one of the following three locations: St. Simon, St. Norbert, or St. Conrad.
Each school runs on a different day of the week:
St. Simon – Tuesdays, starting September 16th, 2025
St. Norbert – Wednesdays, starting September 17th, 2025
St. Conrad – Thursdays, starting September 18th, 2025
At every location, the program is divided into two time slots:
Mini & Junior Program (younger players) – 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Future Program (older or more advanced players) – 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Choose the school and weekday that works best for your schedule — or sign up for all three to get even more training and development time. All sessions are held indoors in a safe and supportive gym environment.

From dribbling and shooting to passing and defence, our program ensures that every player builds a strong foundation in the core aspects of basketball.

Coaches Breakdown
We teach game strategies and tactics, helping players understand when and how to apply their skills during gameplay. This includes offensive plays, defensive positioning, and teamwork dynamics.

Our sessions incorporate exercises that enhance agility, coordination, and overall fitness, which are crucial for improving basketball performance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
